Vintage 1969 Hasbro GI Joe Spacewalk Mystery Set, Complete and Great Condition In Original Box

One of the greatest, coolest sets ever. If you didn't have one, you wanted one, badly. Vintage Hasbro GI Joe Spacewalk Mystery set complete in sharp original box. This set features a blonde flocked talker, and because they are the best suits, we put him in an original three-zipper suit, which is in exceptional condition. He has all his accessories, including the Hydrogen propulsion wand. I fabricated the copper bar and tube which are pretty damn close to the originals. Good luck finding a real one. Anyway, with the O.G. red nozzle, it looks awesome. Good sticker on the camera, with good elastic there and on the suit pack. The inserts are reproduction, but really make it look nice. As to the figure, he's got usual stress cracks you can see in the pix. His left arm is loose, and his right wrist and forearm are locked. You can move his right shoulder, bend his elbow, and rotate his lower arm in and out, so he's got most functions there. I used a bit of hot glue to secure a couple studs that didn't want to stay, and now they stay put. I have no idea what the black stuff on him is, but I'm wondering if he might have spent time back in the day in the black SCUBA suit that is so notorious. Anyway, when he's all geared up you can't see it. He's tight enough to stand unaided and naked, and of course with the suit on he's all the more sturdy. Looks like he's got some bruising around his face, again that might have been time in a SCUBA suit with the black mask. Or its just normal High G load bruising due to the immense power of lift off.
