Looks like he blew a seal . . . . NO! He was just eating an ice cream cone! Original, non-repop tin wind-up Monkey chowing on an ice cream cone (I believe its official name is "I Like Ice Cream"). He is missing his tongue and his right arm needs to be reattached to his hand which is where it is supposed to be on his hat. He does function, but not great.
